At Kokani Bayo, all food products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched in compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, the following policy applies:
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is packed or handed over for delivery, cancellation is not permitted, as per food safety norms.
Returns
- Food products are non-returnable once delivered.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Taste or spice preference
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In accordance with FSSAI e-commerce food guidelines, a refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- The product is physically damaged, leaked, tampered, or spoiled at the time of delivery
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Reporting & Eligibility
To raise a valid request:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice must be provided
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Requests reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.
Verification & Resolution
- All claims are subject to quality and safety verification by our team
- Upon approval:
- A replacement or refund will be initiated
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
